Since Andy Wang was the executive vice president of MSG, she has made full use of her unique industrial operation concept, participated in the major decisions and strategic deployment of the group, organized the team to formulate practical and efficient development plans and stage strategies, controlled the market change trend in real time, investigated and inspected various investment and development projects of the group with keen insight, and closely implemented various management and supervision work of the group to maximize the synergy of various industries and ensure the efficient and orderly operation of the group.

In 2012, she served as a guest lecturer in the study of Chinese culture in "Explore China", teaching global college students to learn Chinese traditional tea culture.

In 2013, she was invited to attend China's new urbanization Summit Forum to talk with people in the industry about the development and opportunities in the process of urbanization in China.

In 2014, she participated in CIFIT and negotiated with appropriate investment projects and investment partners with the help of the international investment environment.

In 2014, she participated in Music Acoustic — Beijing to explore the innovative development path of cultural industry and explore the development opportunities and potential of art industry.

In 2018, she participated in the management of the targeted poverty alleviation project of Hefei University of Technology, promoted the deep integration of Internet and public charity, and contributed to the poverty alleviation and agriculture aid in China.    

In 2019, she participated in Art Basel in Hong Kong, conducted cross-cultural art exchange and learning, and cultivated high-quality art genes. 

In 2019, she went to Sichuan University to exchange the prospect and investment of tourism industry, analyzed the current market situation and future prospect of tourism industry, and discussed the innovation and development of tourism industry.

In 2019, she visited Kyocera Corporation of Japan to exchange the spirit of Inamori Kazuo and learn advanced business management concepts and business operation methods.

In 2019, she attended the unveiling ceremony of Singapore's "Transfong" Deep Tech Park, helped build an international tech venture co-creation platform, and contributed to the implementation of the strategy of strengthening the country through science and technology.   

In 2020, she discusses the research project of emergency management with the Institute of Disaster Medicine of Tianjin University to help promote the improvement and construction of China's emergency management system.
