Responsibilities
1. Finish the teaching plan on time, make notes of lesson preparation, record the implementation effect and summarize the experience.
2. Assist to manage one-day life (special activities, production of teaching aids before class, etc.), outdoor activities, parent work, etc.
3. Participate in the formulation and implementation of the education and teaching plan in the class.
4. Pay attention to children's individual differences, and cooperate with the head teacher to do a good job of individual guidance in activities of active area, group activities, collective education activities and outdoor activities.
5. Coordinate with team members to carry out parent work, complete the arrangement of parent's garden and notice column under the guidance of superior, and finish the home contact list together with team members.
6. Work with team members to create an environment that is consistent with the educational goals, and provide rich activity materials and environment for children.
7. Strictly implement the kindergarten safety and health care system, and cooperate with the nursing work.
8. Assist the head teacher to manage the class property (toys, tables and chairs, cabinets, children's beds, electrical appliances, etc.)

Qualifications
1. Have the sense of responsibility, love, patience and team spirit.
2. College degree or above, major in preschool education, with kindergarten teacher qualification certificate.
