Responsibilities
1. Be responsible for the recruitment of the group headquarters and the group projects, and effectively implement the recruitment plan.
2. Quickly and accurately understand the job requirements, and ensure that the interview work is carried out in time and the assessment results meet the job requirements.
3. Be responsible for the maintenance and expansion of recruitment channels, and regularly analyze and summarize to improve recruitment efficiency.
4. Be responsible for resume selection, interview recommendation, entry and other related docking work, and establish enterprise talents reserve.

Qualifications
1. College degree or above, major is not limited.
2. Have at least 2 years experience in personnel work and one year experience in recruitment.
3. Love recruitment work, and having multi industry recruitment experience is preferred.
4. Have affinity, good interpersonal understanding, communication and coordination ability, good sense of teamwork and pressure resistance, open mind and active learning consciousness.
