Responsibilities
1. Be responsible for the formulation and implementation of member system schemes and plans.
2. Output member system standard to each project.
3. Supervise, improve and implement the application of group projects to membership system.
4. Collect the system requirements of each project, and formulate the integration scheme of members and finance.
5. Analyze the project requirements and complete the iterative update of the system.
6. Assist the platform to develop and implement the operation of member and activity.
7. According to the platform management policy and business needs of the department, reasonably set up the organizational structure and positions of the department, optimize the business process, allocate human resources, develop and cultivate staff’s competency, manage staff's performance, improve the working efficiency, and increse staff satisfaction.

Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. Have strong executive ability, team work spirit, pressure resistance, good communication and expression ability, and be active and careful in work.
3. Be familiar with all kinds of office software.
