In 1979, he was born in Quanzhou, Fujian.

In 1995, he got in touch with the Internet and tried to get involved in the Internet field.

In 1996, he was admitted to Economics and Business Administration College, Chongqing University, majoring in economics.

In 2000, he was engaged in engineering machinery, architecture, auto repair, etc.

In 2002, he undertook mining exploitation and successfully earned the first bucket of gold.

In 2010, he led the group to focus on financial investment.

In 2014, he led the group to engage in environmental protection, games, management consulting and other emerging fields.

In 2015, he led MSG to layout diversified industries.

In 2017, he became the partner of Hupan Licheng Culture and Technology Fund.

In 2018, he worked together with Hupan Licheng and Small Village Capital to establish Millionville Fund.

In 2019, he led team to conduct in-depth research on the application, development and research of semiconductor materials and improve the 5G industrial layout.

On Dec. 21, 2019, Chin Lyu, MSG chairman, was invited to return to his Alma Mater to participate in the 50th anniversary of Anxi No.7 Middle School in Fujian Province, and served as the president of the Alumni Association to help the future development of his Alma Mater.

On Dec. 28, 2018, Chin Lyu, MSG chairman, attended the Millionville 5G communication & semiconductor fund raising conference and investment salon, focusing on the industry development trend and interpreting the investment opportunities in the era of Internet of all things.

On Oct. 25, 2018, Chin Lyu, MSG chairman, joined hands with the Riverside Fund and Small Village Capital to establish the Millionville Fund, which effectively promoted the development of China's financial investment and technological innovation.
