From 1993 to 2016, she devoted herself to the education industry with educational ideals in mind. Since served as the head of a famous kindergarten in China for over ten years, she has accumulated rich experience in educational practice, and achieved fruitful teaching results. She has published academic works in provincial journals for many times, and won many honorary titles such as "advanced education worker".

Since 2017, she has been the head of VanKindergarten. With in-depth thinking on education methods, she has promoted the concept of diversified curriculum education, worked hard to stimulate children's innovation potential, promoted comprehensive quality development, set up an industry benchmark for private education, and helped push the vigorous development of local education.

She is committed to independent research and development of preschool curriculum system and forming six series of courses: language, rhythm, creativity, flexibility, movement and connection. Relying on diversified courses, she practices the training mode of personalized training and multi-dimensional development, truly integrates the teaching principles of individualized teaching and entertainment into daily teaching activities, comprehensively develops children's multiple potentials, and promotes children's all-round development.

In 2012, she participated in the 7th national campus art performance program collection activity, and guided the children's ballad program in Southern Fujian to win the "Gold Award".

In 2013, with the innovative educational concept and noble moral cultivation, she won the title of "advanced educator in Siming District".

In 2016, she actively participated in all kinds of education training and learning activities and obtained AMSC Montessori teacher qualification certificate.

From 2017 to 2018, she was invited to attend the Preschool Education Seminar, International Early Childhood Education Summit Forum, etc., to discuss the scientific development path of preschool education in the new era.

In 2018, she was invited to attend the NAEYC preschool education annual meeting in Washington, where preschool education experts from all over the world gathered to discuss the latest research results and preschool education concepts, share practical experience and jointly promote the development of preschool education.
