Responsibilities
1. Build and optimize the group's salary and welfare system, according to the group's strategic objectives, group culture and business attributes.
2. Guide the subsidiaries to formulate a reasonable salary and welfare management system, according to the group's overall salary and welfare system and the actual business situation of each unit.
3. Timely modify and improve the salary and welfare system in combination with the group's development and external salary and welfare status.
4. Continuously optimize and improve the group's salary and welfare management system, and organize the establishment and adjustment methods of salary structure, guiding principles and rank evaluation.
5. Assist in the establishment of the group's position and staffing management system in combination with the group's human resources planning.
6. Guide each unit of the group to determine the performance appraisal indicators of each position, build and continuously optimize the group performance appraisal indicator database.
7. Supervise the implementation of performance appraisal of all units and departments, find out problems in the implementation process of performance management, appraisal and interview in time, give communication guidance, and constantly optimize the performance appraisal management system.

Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in human resources, labor economy, psychology, management or other related.
2. Trained in modern human resource management, labor laws and regulations, financial accounting knowledge, etc.
3. Have over 2 years salary and welfare management experience.
4. Be familiar with national personnel policies, laws and regulations, laws and regulations related to salary, and salary and welfare management process.
5. Have solid theoretical foundation of human resource management and skilled use of relevant office software.
