Responsibilities
1. Independently complete the whole process from overall scheme design to construction site.
2. Be responsible for tracking and supervising the whole project, effectively solving the problems in the construction and improving the design.
3. Participate in the design of the company and each project, and put forward design opinions.
4. Accurately realize the design effect and complete related spatial planning work.
5. Participate in site inspection, guide and supervise the construction progress to ensure the realization of design effect.
6. Participate in creative thinking, put forward original opinions on space use of the venue and have implementation plans.
7. Have insight into industry trends, and be willing to share the accumulated materials and excellent cases.

Qualifications
1. Be familiar with basic decoration process.
2. Have strong visual matching ability and experience in soft decoration display and activity exhibition, be able to make engineering drawings and renderings, and have a better understanding of engineering budget, materials. Animation ability is preferred.
3. Love design work and have strong learning ability, innovative spirit and active thinking.
4. Be good at communication and expression, and have team spirit.
5. Be creative, executive, responsible and expressive.
6. Be familiar with CAD, CDR, 3DMax, Photoshop, Illustrator and other design software.
