Responsibilities
1. Be responsible for business authorization extension of own IP, authorized customers negotiation and authorization cooperation.
2. Develop derivatives based on the needs of partners and our own products.
3. Be responsible for business discussion with customer company, content producer, platform party, etc., including negotiation, contract signing, cost settlement, project implementation, etc.
4. Be responsible for the collection, expansion and maintenance of industry information resources, the analysis of various business cooperation effects and the conclusion of cases.
5. Formulate the promotion plan of the annual brand authorization cooperation, and complete the related indicators of the annual authorization.
6. Be responsible for introducing the high-quality cooperation resources of domestic and overseas animation IP, and cooperate with external agencies.
7. Promote the authorized cooperation business such as domestic and overseas animation IP, FMCG, toys, stationery, maternity and baby products, daily necessities and electronic products and so on.

Qualifications
1. College degree or above, have over one year's experience in brand licensing.
2. Understand animation related knowledge, be familiar with the whole process of brand building, and have a deep understanding of domestic and foreign animation industry and cartoon image.
3. With strong affinity, be adept in coordinating all kinds of relationships and communicating with people.
4. Have strong language expression ability, and be proficient in operating office software.
5. Have rich resources in animation and game industry and be good at tapping, integrating and using resources. Person who has animation IP authorization and related channel resources is preferred.
