Responsibilities
1. Be responsible for Baidu bidding account release management, launch strategy formulation and implementation.
2. Be responsible for SEM data monitoring, evaluation of release effect, and propose adjustment and optimization scheme.
3. Monitor and study the competitor's launch strategy and adjust the bidding strategy in time.
4. Be responsible for offline promotion work, such as exhibition, etc.
5. Communicate with the media regularly to understand the product changes and apply them to the plan flexibly.
6. Optimize keywords and landing pages, according to different product features and netizens’ search habits.
7. Provide data analysis report on a regular basis and find out corresponding improvement methods to ensure the normal and effective promotion of SEM promotion.
8. Improve the conversion quantity and reduce the cost.
9. Formulate monthly, quarterly and annual promotion plans for bidding.

Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing and business administration.
2. Person with over 3 years working experience in printing, packaging or operation promotion industry is preferred.
3. Familiar with the use of network tools and search engines, and have creative writing and planning ideas are preferred.
4. Have SEM related work experience, independently complete network optimization and promotion work, and own successful cases.
5. Be proficient in HTML, and have deep understanding of topic, page structure, article quality, and network marketing promotion.
6. Be skilled in using Baidu, 360, Sogou and other search engines.
7. Have the basic responsibility and ability of SEM post, and be able to actively develop network promotion channels.
8. Be lovely, enthusiastic, cheerful and positive.
