Responsibilities
1. Develop crisis public relations strategy and public opinion monitoring plan in line with the group's development strategy and objectives, and maintain the group's brand image.
2. Be responsible for the group's public relations crisis disposal, collect, sort out and evaluate the crisis risk points and negative public opinions reported by each subordinate company, establish crisis public relations management and control system, and handle sensitive news and crisis events.
3. Maintain good relationship with media and public relations companies, keep close contact with social news networks, increase media exposure according to the group's brand positioning, establish a deep and long-term stable high-end media relationship, and improve the use of media skills.
4. Respond in time according to the public opinion and competition dynamics, be responsible for the corresponding public relations planning, topic creation and expansion, etc., have insight into network hot spots and events at any time, and cooperate to formulate corresponding communication programs.
5. Coordinate and communicate various social resources to reserve resources for group brand publicity.

Qualifications
1. College degree or above, journalism, communication and public relations majors are preferred with 1 year or above working experience in group media PR.
2. Have the sense of crisis public relations, especially strong ability to check sensitive information related to the group, and person who has own information collection and processing resources is preferred.
3. Have good media writing ability or internal public relations experience, good thinking and execution ability.
4. Have good personal professional ethics, coordination, interpersonal communication and expression ability.
5. Have strong sense of confidentiality, responsibility, professionalism and rigorousness.
