Responsibilities
1. Establish and improve the internal control system of the group, participate in the formulation and maintenance of the internal control system, and be responsible for the specific internal control implementation rules.
2. Formulate and implement the specific internal control plans and complete internal control work.
3. Prepare internal control report, put forward handling opinions and suggestions, and track and feed back the rectification situation.
4. Be responsible for the file arrangement and filing management of internal control projects.
5. Analyze the risks of each financial and business module in the process of internal control, and formulate corresponding internal control processes and plans.
6. Manage and lead the internal control team.
7. Complete the other task assigned by the superior.

Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above in finance or auditing, be familiar with the internal control system of the group. Person who has CPA, auditor and other related qualifications is preferred.
2. Have over 2 years of internal audit experience and independently be responsible for specific audit projects, with good internal control, financial, management, legal and other knowledge background.
3. Have good written and oral communication skills and be active, realistic and pragmatic in work.
4. Have good decision-making, planning, implementation, and team leadership abilities.
5. Have good professional ethics and teamwork spirit.
