Responsibilities
1. Be able to read CAD drawings, and responsible for the overall home customization and interior decoration in terms of the quotation, customer tracking, service payment collection, etc.
2. Be responsible for market research and demand analysis.
3. Maintain the new and old customers and track the on-site installation.
4. Be responsible for sales plan decomposition, implementation, tracking and evaluation.

Qualifications
1. College degree or above, major in Marketing, etc.
2. Have at least 2 years working experience in sales industry. Sales management experience is preferred.
3. Own rich customer resources and customer relations with excellent performance.
4. Have good interpersonal communication, coordination, analysis and problem solving skills.
5. Have strong sense of career and leadership ability.
