Responsibilities
1. Research and answer all kinds of legal consultation questions raised by units and individuals.
2. Draft and review all kinds of legal documents involved in the unit and individual commercial activities.
3. Handle litigation and non-litigation related business for the unit.
4. Be responsible for organizing and implementing the interpretation meeting of the group's internal and external policies and regulations, economic policies and business procedures.
5. Guide the risk supervisor to assist in the above tasks.
6. Collect relevant laws, regulations and policies of various industries of the group, collect and organize them into special training courses for the basis of legal practice, and constantly improve the practical ability of team members in law application, understanding, logical analysis and other aspects through professional training exchange.
7. Assist in promoting and improving the construction of risk control system, internal control system and risk management system in each business segment of the group, build and improve the risk management specifications and processes in the group system together with the team, and conduct compliance audit on the group's business activities.
8. Organize and supervise the operation of all units and departments to meet the requirements of laws, regulations and regulatory policies, and achieve the overall risk management objectives of the group system.
9. Participate in the group's economic activities such as project investment decision-making, provide suggestions and legal support for major industrial investment, financing, guarantee, equity or property transfer of the group, reduce operational risk, and make legal assessment for the feasibility and risk of the group's project investment.
10. Carry out case analysis, make case analysis report, and conduct research on special laws and policies according to the arrangement of the department.

Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above in law major, legal practice certificate or lawyer certificate is preferred.
2. Have at least 4-8 years legal working experience in law firms and large and medium-sized enterprises.
3. Be familiar with judicial proceedings, contract law, labor contract law, company law, intellectual property law and other relevant laws and regulations with good written skills.
4. Have good negotiation decision-making, organization planning, word processing, communication and coordination abilities.
5. Have strong abilities of Internet information search, law retrieval, law research and learning.
