Responsibilities
1. Make the teaching plan and complete the teaching task according to the actual situation of the students.
2. Prepare courseware and other teaching materials to ensure the normal use of teaching equipment.
3. Check the attendance of students before class, and timely connect with the assist teacher the situation and reasons of the students who fail to arrive at the class.
4. Observe the students' class situation and stimulate their interest and potential in class.
5. Share the students' class situation and works with their parents after class, and communicate with them pertinently.
6. Do well in teaching activities every week to communicate with other teachers.
7. Do well in other tasks, such as competition, examination and new teacher guidance, etc.
8. Manage student files, make a record of student awards, etc.
9. Participate in art academic exchange, and constantly improve self ability and quality.

Qualifications
1. College degree or above, major in fine arts.
2. Have standard mandarin, good communication and be willing to devote to education industry.
3. Experience in art teaching and quality education industry is preferred.
