Responsibilities
1. Be responsible for website operation, and improve the visual effect of webpage.
2. Be responsible for Tmall shop decoration and backstage management.
3. Be in charge of the design and beautification of commodities, the design and production of posters, dynamic advertising strips, commodity display templates, etc., and daily product maintenance.
4. Pay attention to user experience, accurately grasp customer demand information, and understand customers' browsing habits and click needs.

Qualifications
1. College degree or above, have over 2 years working experience in web design and graphic design.
2. Be familiar with web focus and layout theory, sensitive to colors, and able to deal with various visual conflicts.
3. Be proficient in Photoshop, AI, Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Flash, Adobe fireworks and other graphic processing software, and familiar with matting, retouching, cutting and other design specifications.
4. Have a keen sense of market aesthetics.
