Responsibilities
1. Plan the market strategy of the group, make plans and objectives for each industry project, and set up the market department.
2. Analyze and forecast the market and provide market data as a reference for the decision-making of the Marketing Center.
3. Organize and plan market activities, introduce external resources, promote market development, assist in business negotiation, implement project schedule, etc.
4. Adjust marketing strategy and tactics at any time according to market changes, and organize relevant personnel training.
5. Be responsible for personnel management and training of marketing department.

Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, marketing major is preferred.
2. Have over 2 years' experience in sales or investment attraction. Over 1 year of sales or investment management experience in large enterprises is preferred.
3. Be proficient in using Word, Excel, PPT and other office software with basic network application ability.
4. Have good adaptability, and be able to put forward reasonable and clear solutions to the project difficulties and other issues raised by customers.
5. Have good logical thinking, business negotiation and communication skills.
