Responsibilities
1. Select topics and complete the preliminary planning, manuscript writing, creative ideas and split script according to the requirements.
2. Be responsible for the preparation, organization, coordination and implementation of the shooting, and cooperate with the team to complete the shooting and rehearsal progress.
3. Study the development trend of children's plays and stage plays, and put forward a program type scheme that conforms to the current public preference.
4. Optimize and adjust the existing programs in a planned way, and put forward bold and innovative ideas.
5. Complete other work assigned by the company.

Qualifications
1. College degree or above, Chinese, journalism, director, advertising, film and television and marketing major are preferred.
2. Have relevant independent practical experience, be familiar with the operation mode and process of stage play, children's play and video director, and be able to write script accurately.
3. Have active thinking, strong planning and innovation ability.
