Responsibilities
1. Be responsible for market research and analysis, and establish business information base.
2. Research the market prospect, estimate the profit, make the investment strategy and execution plan.
3. Be responsible for the development and daily maintenance of customer resources and investment promotion channels, and reserve the resources of target merchants.
4. Be responsible for the negotiation, introduction, contract signing and coordination of the office units before entering the office building.
5. Develop the property and security business.

Qualifications
1. College degree or above, over 1 year working experience is preferred.
2. Be proficient in all aspects of project research, and capable of independently completing property business development and investment attraction.
3. Be skilled in all aspects of investment project development with strong PR and data analysis capabilities.
4. Have stable personality, be confident and optimistic and deal with interpersonal relationship well with strong team cooperation ability.
5. Be hardworking, self-motivated and responsible with strong sense of service.
