Responsibilities
1. Assist the director of the kindergarten to implement the work plan of the kindergarten affairs, clarify the work objectives, and focus on the early childhood education and teaching.
2. Be responsible for kindergarten education, familiar with the kindergarten teaching content and requirements of all ages, regularly check and record the teaching effect of children.
3. Be responsible for organizing and holding regular educational seminars to guide teachers in educational reform and scientific research.
4. Assist the executive director in the construction of teaching staff, and support the staff to carry out various useful cultural and sports activities.
5. Assist in the executive director's guidance and review of the semester work plan of each class.
6. Guide teachers to arrange children's daily life scientifically and reasonably, conduct, evaluate, assess and allocate teachers' work.
7. Be responsible for sorting out teachers' professional files and educational materials, coordinate and guide the staff to purchase toys and teaching aids in a timely manner.
8. Organize the staff to visit and study various activities inside and outside the kindergarten.
9. Do a good job of new students registration, arranging classes and senior class students' graduation, assist the executive director in the enrollment planning and publicity.
10. Assist the executive director to hold parents meeting and family committee, and publicize the kindergarten work and scientific knowledge and methods of child care by means of bulletin boards and home visits.
11. Complete other tasks that the deputy director of teaching should be responsible for.

Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in preschool education with Teacher Certificate and Kindergarten Principal Qualification Certificate.
2. Have at least 5 years working experience as deputy director of teaching.
3. Project experience is preferred.
