Aiming at reinforcement and reconstruction project in Millionser Cloud Valley, the building area is about 15,000㎡. According to the reinforcement construction drawing provided, the bill of quantities and quotation details shall be specified (reference for winning the bid: the lowest reasonable unit price of each sub item of the comprehensive project shall be taken as the bid evaluation standard).

Complete the whole project construction within 50 days after signing the contract.

¥2,000,000; 5% of the total cost set as the performance bond after the first progress payment is reserved or the winning bid is paid; Evaluation criteria: to organize the bid evaluation team to win the bid at the lowest reasonable price.

1.The bidder shall be an enterprise registered in the People's Republic of China and qualified as an independent legal person. The business license shall be within the validity period.
2.Bidders shall meet the requirements stipulated in Article 22 of "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China".
3.The bidder shall have the professional construction contracting qualification of special engineering (structural reinforcement).
4.The bidder shall have safety production license; the proposed project manager shall have class B certificate of "ABC Certificate"; the proposed full-time safety production management personnel shall have class C certificate of "ABC Certificate".
5.The proposed project manager shall have the qualification of level two or more in the Registered Qualification Certificates Constructor; the bidder shall provide a copy of the certificate in the bidding document.
6.Performance of proposed project manager: once completed one or more performance of structural reinforcement project with contract price more than 500,000 yuan after January 1, 2016 as project manager (the following performance certification materials shall be provided: ①letter of acceptance or copy of construction contract; ②copy of completion acceptance data. The above information shall reflect the name of the project manager. If it cannot be displayed, the proof materials issued by the construction unit shall also be submitted).
7.There is written statement of no major violation of discipline within three years before the supplier participates in the tender.
8.Bidders listed on the "Credit China" blacklist will be refused to participate in this tender. The results of the inquiry on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina.gov.cn) shall be applied.
9.This project does not accept joint venture bidding.
