Design description, drawings and accessories of quotation list of groundwork & foundation (including part of basement) and main structure project (excluding the content of the project that has been completed by the owner),  shall be provided for quotation reference. (designated brand of concrete iron: Sangang / Baosteel)

4346.27㎡, (including 209.76㎡ underground), 9 floors in total.

Complete the whole project construction within 1 year after signing the contract.

Estimated Price: ¥6,000,000; 5% of the total provisional project price is the performance bond reserved for progress payment or paid in advance. Bid evaluation standard: organize the bid evaluation team to win the bid at the lowest reasonable price.

1. The supplier shall be an enterprise registered in the People's Republic of China and qualified as an independent legal person. The business license shall be within the validity period.
2. Suppliers shall meet the requirements stipulated in Article 22 of "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China".
3. The bidder shall have grade II or above qualification for general contracting of construction engineering, grade II qualification for professional contracting of groundwork and foundation engineering, valid enterprise safety production license, and corresponding construction capacity in terms of personnel, equipment, capital, etc.
4. Qualification of project manager to be assigned: having registered practice qualification of construction engineer of grade II or above, obtaining valid safety production assessment certificate (Class B), and not being the project manager of other construction projects under construction.
5. At least one manager with work license and valid safety production assessment certificate (Class C) is required for the project, and shall not be the full-time safety officer of other construction projects under construction.
6. There is written statement of no major violation of discipline within three years before the supplier participates in the tender.
7. Bidders listed on the "Credit China" blacklist will be refused to participate in this tender. The results of the inquiry on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina.gov.cn) shall be applied.
8. This project does not accept joint venture bidding.

It will be separately noticed.

18:00 p.m. on Feb. 28th, 2020. The bidding matters and the notification shall be completed before Mar. 5, 2020.
