For the fire-fighting facilities, water and electricity installation and transformation project of VanEternity Hotel, including mechanical smoke exhaust system, spray system, smoke control system, fire hydrant system, supply water pump room equipment system, automatic fire alarm system, evacuation indication and emergency lighting system, water and electricity installation project, the bill of quantities, drawings and bidding documents, etc. The building area is about 4346.27 ㎡. The fire protection installation standard of the whole building is constructed in accordance with the new requirements of the fire fighting code, including the design and construction drawings, the fire protection report for approval and the third party review drawings.

Complete the whole project construction within pending days after signing the contract. (Provide organization construction scheme)

¥1,900,000; 5% of the total provisional project price is the performance bond reserved for progress payment or paid in advance.

1. The supplier shall be an enterprise registered in the People's Republic of China and qualified as an independent legal person. The business license shall be within the validity period and the business scope includes the invested projects.
2. Suppliers shall meet the requirements stipulated in Article 22 of "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China".
3. The supplier shall have the qualification certificate above level II (including level II) for professional contracting of fire-fighting facilities engineering.
4. Water and electricity installation personnel shall have professional assistant engineer or technician or above and operation qualification certificate.
5. There is written statement of no major violation of discipline within three years before the supplier participates in the tender.
6. Bidders listed on the "Credit China" blacklist will be refused to participate in this tender. The results of the inquiry on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina.gov.cn) shall be applied.
7. This project does not accept joint venture bidding.
