For the monitoring system reconstruction project of Huli division of VanKindergarten, the scheme design and installation shall meet the national and local current construction quality acceptance standards. The construction scope is the equipment and pipelines required by the first floor broadcasting room to monitor the monitoring picture of the whole kindergarten, and satisfy the monitoring storage requirements for 90 days. Meanwhile, the original equipment shall be fully utilized and all contents clearly included in the bill of quantities and bidding documents shall be included. The tenderee of the project does not organize site survey of the project, and the bidder can survey the project site and surrounding environment on its own if it deems it's necessary, so as to obtain information about the site involved in the preparation of bidding documents and signing of the contract. The cost of site survey shall be borne by the bidder. If the bidder fails to conduct site survey, he shall bear the adverse consequences. Brand: the 24 port Poe Gigabit switch is Ruijie, the 4-megapixel network infrared gun is Hikvision, the 64 channels network hard disk video recorder is Hikvision, and the special monitoring hard disk is Seagate.

Complete the whole project construction within pending days after signing the contract.

¥115,000; 5% of the total provisional project price is the performance bond reserved for progress payment or paid in advance.

The lowest reasonable price (Organize the bid evaluation team to make comprehensive score)

1. Bidder shall be an enterprise registered in the People's Republic of China and qualified as an independent legal person. The business license shall be within the validity period and the business scope includes the project invested.
2. Bidder shall meet the requirements stipulated in Article 22 of "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China".
3. Bidder shall have grade II or above qualification for professional contracting of electronic and intelligent engineering, and the qualification license is in the validity period.
4. There is written statement of no major violation of discipline within three years before the bidder participates in the tender.
5. Bidders listed on the "Credit China" blacklist will be refused to participate in this tender. The results of the inquiry on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina.gov.cn) shall be applied.
6. This project does not accept joint venture bidding.
