For the stone curtain wall installation project of VanEternity Hotel, the scheme design and installation shall meet the national and local current construction quality acceptance standards. The construction area is about 4346.27㎡. The stone thickness is required to be 25 mm. The stone of the first floor of exterior wall is mainly rosy red litchi stone. The stone of the second and above floors of exterior wall is mainly sesame black litchi stone, golden hemp litchi stone and sesame white litchi stone. All contents clearly included in the bill of quantities, drawings and bidding documents shall be included.

Complete the whole project construction within pending days after signing the contract.

¥2,900,000; 5% of the total provisional project price is the performance bond reserved for progress payment or paid in advance.

The lowest reasonable price (Organize the bid evaluation team to make comprehensive score)

1. Bidder shall be an enterprise registered in the People's Republic of China and qualified as an independent legal person. The business license shall be within the validity period and the business scope includes the project invested.
2. Bidder shall meet the requirements stipulated in Article 22 of "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China".
3. Bidder shall have grade II or above qualification for professional contracting of curtain wall engineering, and the safety production license is in the validity period.
4. One project manager and one technical director must be provided, and all of them must have the qualification of class II or above of registered constructor certificate. They should have the valid safety production assessment certificate (class B) and do not served as the project management personnel of other projects under construction.
5. There is written statement of no major violation of discipline within three years before the bidder participates in the tender.
6. Bidders listed on the "Credit China" blacklist will be refused to participate in this tender. The results of the inquiry on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina.gov.cn) shall be applied.
7. This project does not accept joint venture bidding.
