Since 2017, he has been the General Manager of VanButler. Since acting as the General Manager of VanButler, he has made a comprehensive and long-term layout for the overall positioning planning, development, construction and operation management of the group's industrial park. With the goal of building a one-stop diversified and comprehensive service platform, he has continuously deepened the transformation, upgrading and intelligent construction of the group's key project park, and focused on building a scientific, efficient and innovative industrial operation and control system. He effectively integrates upstream and downstream industrial resources, forms a good situation of coordinated development, and further promotes the sustainable development of the group.

Build Comprehensive Service System

With the ultimate goal of building a high-end comprehensive service park, he has scientifically established a professional property management team, presided over and participated in the upgrading, transformation and operation management of key project parks such as VanCloud Valley and VanWisdom Valley, and constantly improved the hardware facilities, internal and external image design and overall service capabilities of the industrial park, so as to provide the park with three-dimensional service system of basic property, business and industry, and create a comfortable and convenient park environment.

The park is an important carrier of the cluster industry. Weichi Ye adheres to the development concept of "Open, Sharing, Win-win", and leads VanButler team with the guidance of the development of group cluster industry to effectively integrate resources and industrial space, gradually expand property, security, decoration, smart home, smart park and other related projects, establish an interdependent industrial system in the park, further promote the coordinated development of related industry, and improve the optimization and upgrading of the group cluster industry chain.

From 1998 to 2016, he participated in the Hong Kong Asia Electronics Exhibition and Las Vegas CES International Electronics Exhibition for many times, had insight into the development trend of the consumer electronics industry, actively launched investment promotion work, and injected fresh element into the development of the industrial park.

In 2018, he participated in the China Software Park Seminar, and had a deeper understanding of the urgent need for innovative industrial operation mode of industrial park in the future.

In 2019, he led the members of the property management team to participate in the District and Street Community Property Management Training Meeting, discuss the "Highlight" in the process of business management, and learn from the advanced experience of key and difficult work in the park management.
