For the amusement facilities renovation project in Tong'an division of VanKindergarten, it is now necessary to provide reasonable design scheme, construction scheme, quotation list and all contents contained in the bidding document according to the landscape plan and demand description of Tong'an division of VanKindergarten. The design scheme and construction scheme provided shall conform to the current national and local specifications, rules and regulations, and meet the qualification level standard. The construction scope is the outdoor area of the kindergarten, mainly divided into amusement facilities, VanVan happy sculpture, indoor entrance, parking area, climbing frame, field area, multi-functional pavilion, tree house, VanKindergarten entrance (using the existing equipment), guardhouse (using the existing equipment), playground (using the existing equipment), flag platform (using the existing equipment), back door (using the existing equipment), sand-water area (using the existing equipment), football field (using the existing equipment), etc. The tenderee of the project will not organize the site survey of the project, and the bidder can survey the project site and surrounding environment on his own if he deems necessary, so as to obtain the information about the site involved in the preparation of bidding documents and signing of the contract. The cost of site survey shall be borne by the tenderer. The tenderer shall bear the adverse consequences related to the fail of site survey.

Complete the whole project construction within pending days after signing the contract.

¥150,000; 10% of the total provisional project price is the performance bond reserved for progress payment or paid in advance.

1. Bidder shall be an enterprise registered in the People's Republic of China and qualified as an independent legal person. The business license shall be within the validity period and the business scope includes the project invested.
2. Bidder shall meet the requirements stipulated in Article 22 of "Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China".
3. There is written statement of no major violation of discipline within three years before the bidder participates in the tender.
4. Bidders listed on the "Credit China" blacklist will be refused to participate in this tender. The results of the inquiry on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina.gov.cn) shall be applied.
5. This project does not accept joint venture bidding.
