Project scale: block 03 (five-star hotel) covers an area of 10834.968 ㎡; block 04 covers an area of 18166.817 ㎡. Total ground building area of block 03: below 47000 ㎡ (including commercial area: below 20000 ㎡ and hotel area: below 27000 ㎡), with a total underground building area of 20236.26 ㎡. Block 04 (shopping mall and office building) covers a ground area of below 81800 ㎡ (including commercial area: below 42840 ㎡ and office building: 38800 ㎡.) The total underground construction area is 28474.04 ㎡. The actual parameters are subject to the final construction project planning license.
The contents of this bidding are pit support and pile foundation project of Block 03 and 04, covering an area of about 29000 ㎡, with the maximum depth of foundation pit (subject to the later design), foundation pit support (subject to the later design), engineering pile (subject to the later design), maximum load characteristic value of single pile (subject to the later design), and specific retaining method (subject to the later design). The details will be consistent with the final construction drawing.

1. Bidder shall be an enterprise registered in the People's Republic of China and qualified as an independent legal person. The business license shall be within the validity period and the business scope shall include the projects invested.
2. Have the qualification of foundation engineering grade 1.
3. Have safety production license.
4. Have the relevant qualification ability, mechanical equipment and personnel matching with the project.
5. There is written statement of no major violation of discipline within three years before the bidder participates in the tender.
6. Bidders listed on the "Credit China" blacklist will be refused to participate in this tender. The results of the inquiry on the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina.gov.cn) shall be applied.
7. This project does not accept joint venture bidding.
