On Nov. 20, Liu Lihua, former Vice Minister of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China (MIIT), Zheng Minzheng, director in charge of IC and display device of communication industry promotion group and Cross-strait Entrepreneurs Summit, Yang Xudong, director of MIIT Electronic Information Department, and other members visited and researched the Zhangzhou factory of HENGKUN, accompanied by Wu Wentuan, members of the Standing Committee of Zhangzhou Municipal Committee,  and Su Xiaodao, Secretary of the working committee of Zhangzhou High Tech Industrial Development Zone.

Yi Rongkun, chairman of Hengkun, expressed sincere welcome and thanks to Liu Lihua and his partners for their special visit and guidance, accompanied them to visit the factory, and introduced the development process and scientific research technology of Hengkun photoresist in detail. Liu Lihua and his partners fully affirmed the industrial layout and future planning of Hengkun photoresist and put forward valuable guidance.

"April showers bring May flowers.", Liu Lihua, former Vice Minister of MIIT, highly praised Hengkun's outstanding achievements in realizing the localization of high-end photoresist and breaking foreign monopoly, and pointed out that this initiative is of great significance in solving the "bottlenecks" projects.

In addition, he put forward ardent hope for Hengkun, pointed out that we should guard against arrogance and impetuosity, closely cooperate with the direction of national "big policy" and "big fund", continuously innovate high-end photoresist and other special technology projects, realize more domestic semiconductor materials in the field of advanced semiconductor new materials, and help solve the national "bottlenecks" projects.
