Date:12/07/2019

In order to improve staff's further understanding of common diseases in life and strengthen the guidance of healthy diet, on Dec. 6, VanCoffee organized a health knowledge sharing meeting with the theme of "nutritional analysis and treatment of common diseases". Ye Yuanyuan, a national level 3 nutritionist, was the keynote speaker.

At the beginning of the sharing meeting, Ms. Ye first asked the staff to learn the action of "deep breathing". "If you get up in the morning and feel sore throat, it proves that you often breathe with your mouth when you sleep at night. In this case, you can do several more deep breathing every day." She said to everyone that deep breathing is helpful to expel residual gas and other metabolites in the lung, inhale more fresh air, supply oxygen for organs, and improve organ function.

Then, Ms. Ye explained the four common problems of cholecystitis, gout, diabetes and abnormal blood pressure in detail, and put forward many suggestions for the daily diet of the staff. She pointed out that a small amount of more meals and supplements of yoghourt, yeast, wheat germ and soybean powder can effectively inhibit the attack of cholecystitis; gout patients need to take more balanced protein, pay attention to vitamin E, eat more fruits, vegetables and milk. The most important thing for diabetic patients is to diversify food, change fine grains into coarse grains, supplement high-quality protein, pay attention to the types of high sugar food, eat frequent small meals and keep blood sugar steady.

Through oral explanation and PPT, Ms. Ye shared many real stuff in a simple way. At the same time, she also broadcast the health video on site, so that the staff could have a deeper understanding of the relevant knowledge points of common diseases, which gained the unanimous praise of the staff.

Near the end of the sharing, Ms. Ye also acted as a "prosecutor" to carry out spot check on the content shared in today's class. The staff raised their hands and answered questions actively. The atmosphere was very warm. VanCoffee also prepared a surprise reward for the staff who answered the questions correctly, full of sincerity.

The successful holding of this sharing meeting effectively enhanced the staff's attention to health care, and cultivated their strong interest in health knowledge learning. In the future, VanCoffee will continue to adhere to the group's business tenet of "People-oriented, create a better life", and continue to carry out various forms of health knowledge sharing meetings, so as to bring more healthy real stuff to everyone.
