On the morning of September 8, the annual signing ceremony of Huli District project of Xiamen CIFIT was held in the conference room on the fourth floor of Xinfang Building of Huli District Government.

More than 160 people attended the signing ceremony, including Lin Jian, Secretary of Huli District Committee, Lin Chongyang, head of Huli District, leaders of relevant departments of Huli District, and project representatives. Lv Jinsong, chairman and Ying Keman director of Xiamen Taho Rehab hospital signed an Internet hospital project cooperation agreement with Huli District government on behalf of the hospital.

The successful signing of the contract was the recognition of the Huli District government to the rehabilitation medical model of Xiamen Taho Rehab hospital. In the future, during the construction of Internet rehabilitation hospital, Huli District government will actively guide and give support to hospital policies, talents, technology and other resources to jointly promote the effective implementation of the construction of Internet hospital.

Xiamen Taho Rehab hospital is the first tertiary rehabilitation hospital in Fujian Province with the characteristics of severe rehabilitation combined with Internet medical treatment. The hospital mainly undertakes patients who still need medical care and rehabilitation treatment after major diseases transferred out of the general hospital.

The hospital innovatively introduced severe disease rehabilitation mode from ICU to HDU, and realized the whole process management in combination with general ward rehabilitation and family maintenance rehabilitation, providing all kinds of patients with the whole process service from early rehabilitation intervention to later rehabilitation medical treatment, integrating multi-disciplinary support of care, treatment, rehabilitation and nursing.

Through the organic extension of physical hospitals and Internet, Xiamen Taho Rehab had realized the development of intelligent medical treatment for severe rehabilitation, from ICU, HDU, to ward rehabilitation and then to family rehabilitation step by step. With the Internet as the link, the quality and safety were guaranteed by medical artificial intelligence, and the practice mode that doctors, nurses, rehabilitation physician and patients participate in was created, so as to jointly realized the ultimate goal of the improvement of life quality.

Director Ying Keman shared with the distinguished personages from all sides of society that the Internet hospital platform will help Xiamen Taiho Rehab hospital actively integrate into the "Internet + medical care", providing a more flexible and convenient new medical mode for the majority of patients. At the same time, it can break through the time and space constraints, realize the sharing of medical resources, and enable the areas with relatively low rehabilitation medical resources to enjoy rehabilitation services in high level.

Finally, chairman Lv Jinsong said that the hospital plans to establish the first Internet rehabilitation hospital in Fujian based on the first tertiary rehabilitation hospital with the characteristics of severe rehabilitation this year. It aims to become a national specialized rehabilitation hospital by focusing on the development of BI and AI, reducing human cost through the data processing ability of software, and treating Internet informationization of hospital construction with a scientific attitude, and opening the last kilometer of community rehabilitation.
