2019 MSG Annual Meeting Was Successfully Held

On Jan. 17, 2019 MSG Annual Meeting was held at the group headquarters. MSG CEO made an important speech, summarized and reviewed the past year of the group, deeply analyzed the profound connotation of MSG spirit, and comprehensively deployed the strategic development and industrial layout in 2020.

MSG CEO made a deep analysis of the theme "Myth of Startup" of the annual meeting. He proposed that "innovation and entrepreneurship are constant proposition of the times, and "Myth of Startup" is essentially a belief and a force that play the role of spiritual pillar of the group's sustainable operation." He led all the staff to review the Annual Meeting, fully affirmed the preparatory work of the Annual Meeting, and called on everyone to make a summary in time, actively find and raise problems, so as to make full preparation for the optimization and promotion of future work. The participants spoke enthusiastically, put forward opinions and suggestions on the annual meeting activities from the perspectives of "dance beauty design", "scene affairs" and "team cooperation", and the relevant responsible persons gave on-site answers.

At the meeting, JUN LYU summarized and reviewed the key work and industrial achievements in 2019, covering six key words of "background", "cultural innovation", "public welfare heart", "national movement", "art gene" and "diversified development". In the past year, the group had steadily promoted the implementation of the strategy, successively implemented the innovation achievements, developed the brand system in depth, gradually optimized the multi-industry ecosystem, realized the international leapfrog development and deeply integrated into the global economic tide.

In the aspect of cultural innovation, we should fully explore the characteristic culture. Through holding such characteristic festivals as MSG Reading Festival, MSG Real Stuff Festival, MSG Carnival, MSG Art Festival and MSG New Year's Shopping Festival, we can greatly enrich the spiritual life of all staff, further improve the culture system with millionser characteristic, and become a powerful booster for promoting the steady development of the group.

In terms of public welfare, the group has undertaken a number of large-scale public welfare activities and events. Through the establishment of Millionser Red Fund, Millionser Growth Fund, "Promoting Learning and Teaching" Education Fund, Millionser Entrepreneurship Fund in Hefei University of Technology, and Millionser Arts Development Fund in Fujian Normal University, the group has effectively invested in and implemented public welfare projects to contribute to the construction of a harmonious society.

At the grand ceremony of Annual Meeting on Jan. 16, MSG officially launched the "two plates" with "cultural tourism and big digital" as the core, together with "double strength", "double endorsement", "double countries" and "double cities", to form a "double" culture with millionser characteristics. At the Annual Meeting, JUN LYU made an in-depth analysis of the "double" culture. The "double" culture is the product of the integration of spirit and material, the confluence of culture and technology, the embodiment of breaking the inherent boundary between classics and innovation, and the vane connecting the present and the future to create a better life together. In the future, MSG will also adhere to its original intention and actively shape the "dual culture" industry.

It was worth mentioning that the meeting also held the MSG Award Ceremony of Loyal Guards, which awarded gold, silver and bronze medals to the "guardians" who had been employed for more than 3 years, 6 years and 10 years respectively, and paid tribute to the staff who are brave, enterprising and active in the rapid development of the group, and also reflected the group's "people-oriented" human-oriented thought.
