From Jan. 14 to 15, the 9th China Charity Festival themed "public welfare creates beauty" was held in Beijing. This Charity Festival covered five major theme activities, including the opening ceremony, tribute ceremony, theme forum, public welfare project exhibition, closing ceremony and award ceremony, as well as a number of supporting activities, such as specially planned annual public welfare image exhibition, public welfare creation reward, public welfare release, project roadshow, open class, etc.

More than one thousand government leaders, business leaders, philanthropists, charity scholars, mainstream media and other representatives participated in the event, focusing on public welfare innovation in the new era, exploring new models and new ideas for public welfare, and actively making voice and suggestions for the innovation and development of public welfare.

To win the battle against poverty is not only the responsibility of the Party and the government, but also the responsibility of the whole society. Under the call of the national "targeted poverty alleviation", Yunhui poverty alleviation service center launched the targeted poverty alleviation plan to send love assistance to rural poor households for long-term pairing.

In addition, MSG worked together with Hefei University of Technology to build the public e-commerce platform of "Hubing Mall", launched the "poverty alleviation procurement plan for agricultural products in Lingbi County", opened a new public welfare model of "purchase instead of donation", promoted the economic development of poor areas, attracted more backbone forces and warmed the society.

Public service events deliver civilization. MSG extensively organized national public welfare children's brand events such as "Children Voice" and "Happy Football", and assisted in the series of Youth Championships to build a stage for children to fully show themselves and promote the comprehensive development of children's comprehensive quality.

At the same time, MSG created a series of sports events, such as the national Tree Climbing Invitational Competition, Cross-strait College Students Basketball Competition, Millionser Basketball Match, etc., to spread the upward sports spirit.
