On Jan. 16, 2019 MSG Annual Ceremony was held in Xiamen Fliport C&E Center. All staff of the group headquarters, representatives of subsidiaries and branches, and friends from all walks of life gathered together to talk about friendship, cooperation, innovation, entrepreneurship and development.

The theme of this activity was "Myth of Startup". Centering on the theme, the ceremony gradually unfolded into several chapters of "Startup Market, Startup Galaxy, Startup Legend, Startup Style, Startup Manifestation", covering such wonderful sessions as entrepreneurship experience, flag-raising ceremony, entrepreneurship sharing, new book debut, product release, literature & art performance, award ceremony, etc. During the experience of entrepreneurship fun and feast, the guests gradually appreciated the bright and elegant way of entrepreneurship of MSG, the unique way of business operation and the all inclusive culture of MSG.

On the day of the activity, there was a lively and creative "Startup Market". As the epitome of myth of startup, it let everyone experience the fun and hardship of entrepreneurship and gained valuable entrepreneurial experience. This was the inheritance of the spirit of MSG and the powerful practice of staff to realize their own value.

The staff of the group showed their talents to carry out the entrepreneurial project experience. There were a variety of stalls in the market, covering a variety of creative goods such as delicacies, cultural and creative accessories, handicrafts and other unique experience projects, as well as VANVAN IP Pavilion, VanSpirit, MSG Auction House and so on.

At the beginning of the ceremony, a solemn flag-raising ceremony was held. Then, QIN LYU, MSG Chairman, and Andy Wang, MSG Executive Vice President & Chairman of Trade Union, jointly launched the "double plates" business map, which triggered a warm response on the spot. "Double plates" refers to the industrial strategic layout with "cultural tourism and big digital" as the core. Together with "double strength", "double endorsement", "double countries" and "double cities", it has formed a "double culture" with MSG characteristics. As the founder of "Myth of Startup", JUN LYU, MSG CEO, made a wonderful speech with the theme of "Startup Legend". He started from the five modules of "startup foreword, startup time, startup sentiment, startup communication and startup continuity" and shared his insights in the process of startup with the big family. He pointed out that "startup always starts inadvertently, which is important, so it is necessary to be ready to seize the opportunity at all times." Subsequently, the launching of the new book "The New Era of Entrepreneurship" written by JUN LYU, was solemnly staged.
